The Genea team is excited to announce our new partnership with industry powerhouse Siemens. Genea enters into the partnership as a third-party solution provider in Siemens Building Technologies Division’s Connect Ecosystem. The Siemens Connect Ecosystem is designed to bring together CRE solution providers and CRE building teams who share a mission: to create seamlessly integrated and truly intelligent buildings.

Perfectly aligned with the Ecosystem’s goals, Genea’s On-Demand HVAC software solution allows tenants in multi-tenant CRE buildings request after hours air as needed, in real time, from their smartphone or computer. Our solution eliminates the need for advanced notice and pre-programming of On-Demand HVAC requests — increasing property efficiency, cutting labor time, and giving tenants a sense of autonomous control in their work space.
